Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary liaison for financial communications with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Identify risks and opportunities through market trend analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and financial integration for international projects.
- Prepare and present financial reports, business cases, and recommendations to senior management.
- Travel as needed to support overseas assignments, client meetings, or regional financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in financial analysis, business partnering, or corporate finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to undertake long-term business travel or overseas assignments (up to 30-40% travel).
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
