Responsibility
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee and coordinate nursing staff in the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and emergency response standards.
- Operational Management: Develop and implement efficient workflows, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize patient throughput and service delivery.
- Team Development: Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local and international healthcare regulations, infection control policies, and emergency preparedness protocols.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and medical teams to address concerns, improve satisfaction, and ensure compassionate care.
- Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, reduce wait times, and streamline processes through data-driven decision-making.
- Emergency Response: Take charge during critical situations, coordinating with physicians and first responders to stabilize and treat acute patients.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in financial planning for the Urgent Care Centre, including supply management and cost-effective care delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent); Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.
- Licensure: Valid Indonesian nursing license (or eligibility to obtain one); BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor) in emergency, urgent care, or A&E settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems, medical equipment, and triage protocols; familiarity with JCI or other accreditation standards is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities; ability to lead under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
