Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Attivo Healthcare products within assigned pharmacy outlets and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals, and distributors to ensure optimal product knowledge and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacists, doctors, and healthcare providers, to drive product adoption and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to product promotion and sales.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product specialization within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, pharmacy operations, and the medical sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license.
