Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, healthcare standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in facility management or related fields is a plus.
