Responsibility
- Assist doctors and medical staff during patient consultations and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Greet and register patients, verifying their information and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment notes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointment schedules, confirming bookings and following up with patients as needed.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, providing clear and professional guidance.
- Handle inventory of clinical supplies, placing orders and monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with medical and aesthetic industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Clinic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or similar role in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., EMR systems, Microsoft Office).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is highly desirable.
