Responsibility
- Assist doctors and nurses in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Administer basic medical treatments, injections, and wound care under supervision as required.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and clinic documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and patient check-ins/check-outs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and clinic policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid nursing or clinic assistant certification/license (e.g., STR for nurses in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and clinic procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinic management software is advantageous.
