Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one, confidential nursing care to high-profile executives in private residential settings.
- Assess, monitor, and manage the health and wellness of clients, including chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive care.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with medical procedures as required.
- Coordinate with international medical teams, specialists, and local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential medical records in compliance with global healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement personalized healthcare plans tailored to each executive’s needs and lifestyle.
- Provide emergency response and first aid, including evacuation planning for medical emergencies.
- Educate clients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia or internationally recognized credentials.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in private duty nursing, executive healthcare, or high-acuity settings.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with chronic disease management, wound care, and emergency response.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural, high-profile environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and accommodate varying schedules as needed.
