Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound dressing, and medication administration under physician supervision.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using digital health systems (EHR/EMR).
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and ensure clinic hygiene standards are met.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and coordinate with senior staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve clinic workflows and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or certification (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Familiarity with basic medical software (training provided for clinic-specific systems).
