Responsibility
- Manage patient registration, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct initial patient triage, including vital signs measurement and basic health assessments.
- Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of licensed medical staff.
- Process payments, handle insurance claims, and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely consultations.
- Prepare and sanitize examination rooms and medical equipment in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing clinic inventory.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or clinic management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
