Responsibility
- Provide high-standard nursing care to patients in the inpatient suite, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while monitoring patient responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, providing immediate care as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-discharge care, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards to maintain a sterile and secure environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with international recognition or eligibility for Indonesian registration).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in inpatient care, ICU, or a similar setting (Senior Staff Nurse: 5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS or other advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
