Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrotherapy) tailored to patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, surgeons, fitness trainers) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document accurate progress notes, treatment outcomes, and SOAP notes in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy research and techniques to enhance clinical practice.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops.
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (Indonesian or international, with eligibility to practice in Bali).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or private practice settings (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
- Proven expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
