Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and company policies.
- Manage and mentor clinical and administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor budgetary performance, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to enhance service quality and patient care protocols.
- Handle patient feedback, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to align clinic operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Age between 28–35 years (as per company policy).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred but not mandatory).
