Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees and customers in accordance with medical protocols.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness checks for staff as part of preventive healthcare programs.
- Develop and implement workplace safety and health policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Collaborate with HR and management to organize health awareness campaigns (e.g., flu prevention, mental health, ergonomics).
- Manage the clinic inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, and emergency medications.
- Assess and recommend workplace adjustments for employees with health conditions or disabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for health-related inquiries and coordinate with external healthcare providers when needed.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent) with a valid professional license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, occupational health, or corporate healthcare.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is mandatory; ACLS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and digital health records.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
