Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in the workplace.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the well-being of employees.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employees.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and facilities for employee medical needs.
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics, including disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Assist in the management of workplace injuries and illnesses, including follow-up care and rehabilitation.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is highly desirable.
