Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, BMI) and maintain confidential medical records.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs, including health education, vaccination drives, and mental health initiatives.
- Monitor and manage workplace hygiene and sanitation to prevent illness and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to assess work-related health risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Administer basic medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, and refer employees to external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain a well-stocked first aid kit and medical supplies, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Document all medical incidents and treatments, providing reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with a valid practice license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, occupational health, or corporate nursing.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and workplace wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with employees.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and familiar with digital health management systems.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
