Responsibility
- Lead and manage innovation research projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify gaps and develop scalable solutions.
- Conduct market and feasibility analyses to assess the viability of new healthcare technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee the pilot testing and evaluation of innovative solutions, gathering data to measure impact and ROI.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including vendors, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and data privacy laws in all research activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare innovation, research, or project management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, telemedicine, EHR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Healthcare Innovation are a plus.
