Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in compliance with medical standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment approaches.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, with strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Act as a trusted listener and advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff to deliver integrated care solutions.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment procedures.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sterile healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
- Proficient in patient assessment, emergency response, and basic life support (BLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to ethical nursing practices.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
