Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting patients, answering inquiries, and processing prescriptions.
- Manage inventory control, including stocking, organizing, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies.
- Process payments and insurance claims with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Educate customers on basic medication usage, side effects, and storage under pharmacist supervision.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service role (entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members effectively.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
