Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and assistance to patients in special care units, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health conditions, and any changes in patient behavior or needs.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of nurses or doctors.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a trusting and comforting relationship.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Caregiver, Nursing Assistant, or in a similar role (preferably in special care or elderly support).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and families.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift or assist patients with limited mobility.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not mandatory.
