Responsibility
- Provide personalized assistance to patients and their families during medical confinement, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and insurance providers to facilitate smooth coordination of care and administrative processes.
- Implement and monitor patient satisfaction programs, gathering feedback and recommending improvements to enhance service quality.
- Educate patients on healthcare policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications.
- Resolve patient complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to maintain trust and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline patient onboarding, discharge, and follow-up processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in patient relations and incorporate them into daily operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelorās degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, patient relations, or a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient groups.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
