Responsibility
- Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital wards, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report any changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-discharge care, and preventive measures to promote long-term well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in emergency situations, including resuscitation, trauma care, and crisis management, with professionalism and composure.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized ward environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active nursing license (e.g., STR in Indonesia or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital ward setting.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
