Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to medical protocols.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and record-keeping systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and enforce clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize resource allocation, including inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare management role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinic operations, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., EHR systems, Excel).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in healthcare management or clinical supervision is highly desirable.
