Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness goals.
- Conduct routine health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care measures to promote overall well-being.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions through regular monitoring and evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general practice or primary care, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest medical advancements.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
