Responsibility
- Conduct thorough TCM consultations, including pulse diagnosis, tongue analysis, and patient history reviews.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and other TCM modalities.
- Educate patients on holistic health practices, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments to promote long-term well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate TCM with conventional medical approaches where applicable.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in TCM through continuous professional development and research.
- Participate in health workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote TCM awareness.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Licensed TCM Physician with a recognized degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (e.g., Bachelor or Master’s in TCM).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in TCM practice, including acupuncture and herbal medicine.
- Strong knowledge of TCM theories, diagnostic techniques, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with digital health records and clinic management systems is advantageous.
