Responsibility
- Provide telehealth nursing services to patients in Arizona or California under the supervision of US-based healthcare providers.
- Conduct patient assessments, document medical histories, and develop care plans in compliance with US healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Administer medication management guidance and monitor patient responses to treatments remotely.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) using US-based healthcare software.
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical cases to on-call physicians as needed.
- Stay updated with Arizona/California nursing regulations and company protocols to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license in Arizona or California (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in hospitals, clinics, or telehealth settings.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with clear communication skills for patient interactions.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare laws, HIPAA, and nursing ethics.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones (PST/PDT or MST).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree (ADN) with equivalent experience considered.
