Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies while ensuring adherence to medical guidelines and patient safety.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Participate in community health initiatives, outreach programs, and health education workshops.
- Stay current with medical advancements, best practices, and regulatory requirements in primary care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general practice or family medicine.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and patient communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous professional development.
- Experience in tropical medicine or international healthcare is advantageous.
