Responsibility
- Conduct patient registration, verify medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Perform vital sign measurements (TTV: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) and document findings.
- Administer medications via injections, oral routes, or intravenous (IV) infusions as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in minor medical procedures, wound care, and emergency first aid when required.
- Conduct home visits for post-treatment follow-ups, chronic disease management, or elderly care.
- Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies, equipment sterilization, and expiration date checks.
- Provide health education to patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep or Ners) from an accredited institution.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) as a registered nurse in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general clinic, hospital, or community health nursing.
- Proficient in basic nursing procedures (injections, IV therapy, wound dressing, vital signs monitoring).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred for expatriate patients).
- Familiarity with medical software or EHR systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel for home visits or cover multiple clinic locations in Bali.
