Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide rehabilitation support for post-operative, sports-related, or chronic condition patients.
- Stay updated with latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through continuous learning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (Indonesian or internationally recognized with eligibility to practice in Bali).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
