Responsibility
- Perform a full range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend treatments, and set realistic expectations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and skin conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to medical safety protocols, hygiene standards, and ethical practices in all procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic medicine trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous education.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain seamless patient experiences from consultation to post-treatment care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, follow-ups, and any adverse reactions for quality assurance.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and long-term maintenance to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery (e.g., from IAA, AAM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performing aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, etc.).
- Proven track record of safe, effective, and patient-satisfying outcomes in aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with international and local clients.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Russian, are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical medical practices.
- Willingness to work in multiple clinic locations across Bali as needed.
