Responsibility
- Deliver expert nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Operate and maintain ICU equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated with ICU best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills, including knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with compassion and resilience.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or similar is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
