Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide professional advice to customers on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Process and verify prescriptions, including checking for potential drug allergies or contraindications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of compounded medications when required.
- Educate patients on general health and wellness, including over-the-counter product recommendations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi or D3 Teknik Kefarmasian) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician License (STRA) or equivalent certification in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
