Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Manage and maintain structured documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Track and monitor project milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, and client services) to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in pharmacy technology services.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to align on priorities and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies in all operational activities.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on pharmacy technology systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or healthcare operations.
- Proven track record of managing US-based clients or international stakeholders in a service-oriented role.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy technology, healthcare IT systems, or medical documentation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (business-level proficiency required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones (if applicable).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
