Responsibility
- Serve as the primary scientific resource for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on Faltering Growth and Allergy Therapeutics in Pediatrics, providing evidence-based insights and clinical data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pediatricians, allergists, and other HCPs across Bali to drive adoption of therapeutic best practices.
- Deliver high-impact scientific presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate HCPs on the latest advancements in pediatric growth disorders and allergy management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales) to align scientific messaging and ensure consistent communication of clinical evidence.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends, clinical studies, and competitive intelligence in pediatric therapeutics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support investigator-initiated research (IIR) and clinical trials by identifying opportunities and facilitating collaborations with local institutions.
- Act as a liaison between GB Distributors and the medical community, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Travel within Bali to engage with HCPs in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, with occasional regional travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s with relevant experience preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison role, Medical Affairs, or clinical practice with a focus on pediatrics, growth disorders, or allergy therapeutics.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, pharmacology, and evidence-based medicine, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with investigator-initiated research (IIR), clinical trials, or medical education programs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
