Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or ill individuals in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess the severity of injuries or illnesses and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Administer CPR, AED, and other life-saving techniques when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, treatments provided, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure first aid kits and emergency equipment are fully stocked and functional at all times.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and emergency services for seamless patient transfer when needed.
- Deliver basic health and safety training to staff and visitors as required.
Qualifications
- Valid certification in First Aid and CPR (e.g., from Indonesian Red Cross or equivalent international body).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a first aid or emergency response role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, emergency procedures, and infection control practices.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift or assist individuals in distress.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
