Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial advisors to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand AXA’s market presence in Bali, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all team activities adhere to regulatory standards and AXA’s policies, mitigating risks and maintaining operational integrity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, sales metrics, and business outcomes to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and underwriting, to align goals and drive cohesive business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial products, insurance policies, and wealth management solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools to streamline operations and reporting.
