Responsibility
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential and existing clients to assess credit risk.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor and review credit portfolios to identify trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
- Negotiate credit terms and conditions with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Utilize financial modeling and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and risk assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work during US business hours (remote from Bali).
