Responsibility
- Assist in daily cash management operations, including monitoring cash balances and processing transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate timely payments and collections.
- Maintain and update treasury databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the administration of corporate banking systems and digital payment platforms.
- Monitor foreign exchange rates and assist in currency risk management activities.
- Provide administrative support for treasury-related documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of banking operations, cash management, and financial regulations is a plus.
