Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expand AXA’s market presence in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
