Responsibility
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of financial services professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and individual performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in all operational activities.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting exceptional service delivery and resolving complex client issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to align goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent AXA in local community events, industry forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving team performance, operational excellence, and business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
