Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of financial services professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and individual performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving team performance, operational excellence, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
