As a Compliance Secretary, you will be the backbone of our compliance team, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry regulations. Your organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information will be key to our success.
Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Compliance Officer.
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance-related documents, reports, and records.
- Coordinate and schedule compliance meetings, audits, and training sessions.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and internal compliance reports.
- Monitor and track compliance deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather compliance-related information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive compliance data and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or compliance support role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with compliance software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.
