Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead initiatives to automate and digitize compliance processes, leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors, regulators, and legal advisors to ensure ongoing compliance and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to proactively address compliance challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CRMA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process improvement, preferably in the banking, financial services, or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local and international compliance regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is an advantage.
