Responsibility
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Coins.Ph's network of financial and crypto service providers.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to drive mutual growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, legal) to launch and optimize partner integrations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Create and present reports on partnership performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
- Represent Coins.Ph at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within fintech, banking, or crypto industries.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the fintech and crypto space is a plus.
