Responsibility

  • Process and verify customer account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients with account openings, closures, and routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
  • Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Promote bank products and services (non-sales role) by educating customers on available options.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
