Responsibility
- Process and verify customer account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with account openings, closures, and routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Promote bank products and services (non-sales role) by educating customers on available options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize banking software and digital tools to manage client data securely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
