Responsibility
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Promote bank products and services to customers, helping them find solutions that meet their financial needs.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or banking is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
