Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote vehicle financing and refinancing products to potential clients in Bali.
- Identify and engage with high-potential customers through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine client eligibility and recommend suitable financing options.
- Prepare and present customized financing proposals, ensuring clarity on terms, benefits, and repayment plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to streamline application processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or automotive financing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of credit evaluation, loan products, and refinancing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
