Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing SME clients to promote banking products and services.
- Identify and assess the financial needs of SME clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively selling digital banking platforms and other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
