As a Service Banker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient banking operations at our branches across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Process and manage customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Promote and explain banking products and services (without sales targets) to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions in the banking system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all security, confidentiality, and compliance protocols to protect customer data and financial assets.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on banking products, policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, banking, or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations, financial products, or cash handling is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required by branch operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office and banking software is preferred.
