Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial product recommendations to clients based on their needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for banking and financial services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Bali financial sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in financial transactions.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry developments and new financial products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
