Responsibility
- Assist senior trust consultants in the administration and management of trust structures for high-net-worth clients.
- Prepare and review legal and financial documentation related to trust formation, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC procedures.
- Liaise with clients, legal advisors, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth trust operations.
- Maintain accurate records and track deadlines for filings, distributions, and reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and trustee resolutions.
- Conduct research on jurisdictional trust laws and emerging trends in wealth management.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in trust administration, banking, or financial services (internships count!).
- Strong understanding of trust structures, estate planning, and fiduciary duties.
- Familiarity with onshore/offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g., Common Reporting Standard, FATCA).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trust management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
