Responsibility
- Provide expert financial consulting to clients, including wealth management, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
- Develop and present customized financial solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with CIMB’s product offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CIMB’s client base and market share in Indonesia and across the region.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Private Banking, Retail Banking) to deliver integrated financial services.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic planning.
- Conduct financial literacy workshops and seminars to educate clients and prospects on investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA, CFP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or consulting, preferably in a multinational bank or financial institution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or regional training (if required).
